Police in Florida’s Daytona Beach are investigating after a Saturday evening shooting at a corner store near the Boardwalk that resulted in two non-life-threatening injuries.
While further details have not yet been released after an individual fired shots at a 7-Eleven on S. Atlantic Avenue, authorities said in a statement that a suspect is in custody.
There were initial reports that shots were fired towards police officers but that has yet to be formally confirmed.
