(PM) -ABC is reporting that Comedian Kevin Hart was injured in a car crash on Sunday in Calabasas, California. The crash occurred at around 12:45 AM in the Mulholland Highway and Cold Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Hart was a passenger in a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the driver lost control and rolled down an embankment. According to the CHP, Hart suffered severe back injuries and was sent to Northridge Hospital.
The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries. According to ABC, Hart’s injuries are not life-threatening.
The CHP states that the crash is under investigation, but there is no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved.
