Lonzo Balls second season was filled with injuries, but the young guard continued to show promise and improved his field goal percentage to 40.6 percent. The two figure to join a Pelicans team that is widely expected to draft Zion Williamson with the 1st overall pick in Thursdays draft. The three figure to make up one of the most promising young cores in the NBA.
Anthony Davis joins Lebron James and gives the Lakers another legitimate superstar. Davis averaged 25.9 points and 12.3 rebounds per game in 2018-19 and figures to be entering his prime at 26 years old. The Lakers are expected to pursue multiple role players in free agency to complement their superstar tandem.
