(PM)- Police have reportedly responded to an active shooter situation in Virginia Beach Municipal Center. Per WVEC-TV there are at least 2 victims and the courthouse remains on lockdown. At this point, there seems to be only one suspect who has been taken into custody by police.
The Virginia Beach Police Department was reportedly scheduled to undergo an active shooter drill tomorrow.
UPDATE: Police Scanner Reports indicate 1-6 dead, though unconfirmed at the moment. Units are continuing to search for victims.
